Over the years we have found that there is inevitably some blurring of the boundaries between these disciplines, and clients often tell us that our insights from each of these areas enrich our overall approach. We have content and design experts in all these areas in-house, including a full video editing suite. In addition, we are unusual in having a sizeable team of journalists, copywriters and storyboarders, as well as a great network of freelancers. We find that even on a design-only brief, a proper understanding of the content allows us to be smarter in the support we can give to our clients.
We pride ourselves on the talents of our project management and planning team and hold ISO accreditation for the quality of our processes. Our account planners and managers are adept at creating and delivering the strategies to get client stories in front of the right people, in the right media, at the right time. To support this, we use a content calendar to help plan what content will resonate with audiences and when it should be distributed or resurfaced.
Finally, experience has taught us that clients often need us to build the digital platforms where our content will live. We therefore have a strong team of coders and developers in-house who work both on client microsites and on interactive content tools such as quizzes and infographics.
